I had been to a dealer that said there were a multitude of things wrong with my car and I wanted to get a second opinion. I was referred to ABC Transmission by another auto shop that I had used for work on a different car. It is a good thing that I went to ABC because they saved me thousands of dollars.
Their service and communication were excellent. We had to order some parts and they called to keep me informed about the status of those parts. They also told me where we were at with cost, including tax, so there were no surprises. Even after the work was completed, they followed up with 2 more phone calls.
ABC Transmission Service was truly one of best places I have ever dealt with for auto work. Their shop is clean, their service is excellent, and they stand behind their work. I have already recommended them to people I know.
