Whenever I have a transmission problem, I go to ABC Transmission Service. I first started using them back in 2006 when my 1993 Ford Taurus needed some transmission work. I liked their service and liked the idea of establishing a relationship with them, so I have continued to use them over the years.
The mechanics at ABC Transmission do good work and I have never had a problem after they have done a job for me. Their service is great and their prices are fair. Not only are they very professional people, but they will go above and beyond to help the customer on a personal level, as family.
Mark personally got involved and helped me with a legal issue having to do with a warranty. My car was at their shop for a long time while the situation was being resolved. Mark was very familiar with the warranty company and he really helped me get it settled.
When I most recently used their service for transmission work on a 2003 car, they did a great job and told me to bring the car back to make sure it was running okay. They also gave me a 90-day warranty on the work and parts, which I appreciated. I highly recommend ABC Transmission Service...they are the only ones I use.
