Definitely worth visiting Paris, VA to dine at the Ashby Inn. We went for the New Yearâ??s Eve dinner and it was excellent. The dishes that we had featured surprising and delicious flavor combinations, including a light and airy scallop dumpling with a citrus sauce and a maple ice cream dessert served with truffles and smoked salt. Service was attentive but not stuffy, and they have a great wine list. The inn itself is beautiful â?? we hope to go back to eat and stay there soon!
