I've only been to the Chandler office, but I never had any problems during the whole pregnancy. I loved the woman who administered my ultrasounds. Also, I really liked all four of the doctors I met out of their staff (Reyes-Hailey, Swarup, Villa, and Marotz). Swarup was definitely my favorite, though, as well.
I don't know what the other ladies are complaining about. I would say that a few of the nurses could be cheerier, but beyond that, great office.
