I have tried to eat at this location twice. Both time my wife and I have left without getting served after waiting 15 minutes for anyone to come to our table and at least get our drink order. We eat out alot at all kinds of establishments, but this has been the worst! I swore I will never stop at the Buffalo Wild Wings - Sea World location AGAIN!!! The last time they were not even busy. The waitstaff were to busy talking to each other. They would pass our table and look away when we would try to get their attention. I am getting upset again just writing the review again! NEVER AGAIN!!! I hope the NEW Buffalo Wild Wings at Alamo Ranch is not the same owner.
Pros: The wings and sauces are great!
Cons: Waitstaff & Management services is very poor
