For those of you looking for an accurate and non-bias review, you need to read this!! I have no clue as to what happened with the very few people in here that left bad reviews but my guess would be that either these people didn't provide all the documents needed or they could have just had a bad day and needed to let it go on here. Either way the negative review below doesn't even come close to the experience I had. I had the privelage of having the owner of the company come to my house and fix my TV. \r \r I have a Panasonic 56"" DLP and the when I called Panasonic they referred me to 2 other companies that Panasonic accepts warranty work with and so I dont get sued for slander, if you own a Panasonic, you better use APM because the other 2 are the worst companies I have ever attempted to do business with. My TV sat in my living room for alomst 3 months trying to deal with the other 2 companies. APM solved my problem in less than a week (including the weekend) and the only reason why it took that long was because they had to order a part that even Panasonic says won't break for a very long time.\r \r The owner and his techs that come with are extremely polite, very professional, and really do have a desire to help you get your equipment back to working. Another great thing about this company is they give you a window of time that they will be there and both times he showed up within the first 30 minutes of the 2 hour window. I would recommend APM Electronics to anyone and encourage anyone who would like to know anything further on APM's excellent service you can leave a comment on here and I will be sure to respond to it.\r \r For those of you that like getting on here an blasting good companies like this because of something that was either your fault (not having all the required documents) or perhaps maybe something the manufacturer may be holding up, you should consider communicating your concerns with any company you choose to do business with before you post a negative review and make a fool out of yourself.\r \r Pros: Everything more
