Sometimes a restaurant is all about the ambiance or the scene and sometimes its all about the food. Blue Elm has it all. Eating there is an experience. Every dish is practically emotional because the combination of flavors and presentation are just so beautiful. Because we had such a large party we practically had a sampling of the entire menu. And although I truly loved everything (ie.. the truffle dusted salad, the soft shell crab, the scallops!) The biggest surprise of the night was the sushi and sashimi! I mean are you kidding me .. it was better than any Japanese place around here. Basically ... if you want a dining Experience .. go here. I simply love it!
