I bought my wedding dress and bridesmaids dresses here and it was a terrible experience. They told me that they do not order dresses in and only sell what's in stock (which turned out later to not be true) and ended up selling me a size 14 dress. They also insisted I needed to purchase a seperate bra for it. Well I took it to another seamstress (after reading reviews on here) and she told me I actually needed a size 4-6 dress and there was already a bra built in it. My seamstress also said that she had an entire closet full of dresses that had been altered wrong from Head to Toe that people had brought in for her to fix. The bra I bought from them was still sealed in it's bag so I called to try and return it and the owner started yelling at me (I consider myself a very calm, shy and curtious person) and hung up on me. I had a relative call back and she hung up on him too. Neither one of us was yelling or cursing or doing anything disrespectul to warrent that. When my bridesmaids had their dresses altered they botched one of the jobs so much that it had to be realtered 3 times! It ended up costing a fortune. I wish that I had listened to the negative reviews on here from the start but as you know sometimes it's hard to trust a review written by someone else. You think, oh that was just one bad incident, some people complain about everything (which trust me I do not) or there are problems with every wedding dress shop..and that may be true but no one deserves to be treated that way by the owners and staff of a place were you are spending so much money. I do not recommend them at all but if you do go there please keep in mind what I told you. You can't say you weren't warned!
