Sunshine Suites is an amazing place for a start up or small business. For just a few hundred dollars a month, I received a great office, 10 hours of conference room use per month, free copying, faxing, and printing. Virtually no risk with month-to-month agreements.
On the downside, there are no private offices there. But any time I had a meeting, I had them go to the (free) receptionist and then into one of their beautifully designed conference rooms. They also have private phone booths available for free in case you need to make a private call.
The best thing about Sunshine is that I've met so many other entrepreneurs and business owners. Besides getting some new business, I've gotten invites to some great parties and discounts on my gym and zipcar membership.
Pros: Best office in town - great value for the money
Cons: no private offices
