I never realized how awful the trainers at FT Chelmsford were until I took my business elsewhere. They don't have any rhyme or reason to what they have you do. They don't isolate certain groups of muscles and work them appropriately. The owner in particular (Jay) is much more interested in having you complete exercises that will allow him the pleasure of seeing your rear in the air for extended periods of time as opposed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. I would not recommend Fitness Together Chelmsford. Head down the road to the gym and you'll pay far less and get WAY better service
