Dr. Bill and his entire staff is awesome. They are wonderful with the animals and make the pet owners comfortable. I have been using Dr. Bill's since moving to Chesterfield County, 9 years ago and am highly recommending his facility. My 2 dogs just love it at Dr. Bills, whether for a bath, boarding, or medical checkups, they are totally exited when we pull into the parking lot. We are only purchasing the Heartworm medication and Flea and tick medication through Dr. Bill's, because of the personal touch and the concern about the pets to make sure we have the right dosage, etc. Dr. Bill and his staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and in time of crisis keep you informed and have a concern for you too. Again, I can only sing the highest praises.
