not so good. used them for years and kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. today I'm getting ready to pick up an earring they apparently vacuumed up after I realized yesterday it went missing. I called in the office to share my concerns and luckily they found it in the canister. well my earrings and jewelry are no where near a floor but on a jewelry armoire. so i have no idea how it got vacummed unless she was cleaning the mirror armoire, moved the jewelry and it fell. regardless my home has endured much damage over time, a little here a little there of scratches. looking at my dining table, my wood floors and bedroom furniture it goes to show I made a bad decision for letting them remain this long. They were always nice but loud and (slammed toilet lids and dropped vacuums on very expensive flooring) careless.
