Why do they call it 'catering'? Ordering was almost impossible, my delivery was very late, the food was just O.K. and when I called to complain, they put me on hold for so long, I felt that I was being intentionally ignored. The store itself is worth the trip, but I will never use them again for any catering needs. Too bad!!! With the economy so bad... Zagara's needs to take a good look at what they consider good business practices and customer service.
