Santa Barbara Auto Refinishing has always been very customer service oriented. I feel like they know me personally and are very accomidating with my schedule.
I decided to use their service because I drive a Lexus and they are Lexus certified so they have an additional level of training. They are very fairly priced.
Recently, they went the extra mile for me. I had an accident and the other persons insurance company was very difficult. Santa Barbara Auto Refinishing took the lead in dealing with the difficult insurance company and made it very easy. They worked with the adjuster and filed the claim for the work.
I absolutely encourage others to use them.
