When i first bought my alarm they promised if ANYTHING goes wrong with it they would fix OR replace they dont live up to thier name at ALL. If i knew this i would have gone somewhere else and spent my money. They stand there and lie to you like nothing and expect people to go back and spend money there again. not here go somewhere else
