I can't believe I didn't hear about the ""Korean taco truck"" until just now. They just happened to be in the OC a few weeks ago, so I got there super early (first in line) and settled in for the wait.
IT WAS WORTH IT. Of the three types of taco, my favorite was the spicy chicken. I also fell in love with the kimchee quesadilla. Who knew kimchee and cheese tasted good together?
