I was riding with a friend of mine to the airport when his car got a flat tire. Obviously in need of help, we pulled into the driveway and asked if they could help us with a tire inflater. The guy there said they were closed. Fine, we'll do our best on our own to change the tire & put on the spare.
Then, five minutes later, after we had jacked the car up and were about to remove the flat, the guy came out again and demanded that we move our car because he had customers coming in...when just 5 minutes earlier he had said he was closed. His tone went beyond a lack of compassion into something truly malicious.
Funny thing is, if he had helped us in the first place, we would have been out of there in no time.
Cons: Absolutely awful customer service
