Even ONE star is too much! Wow, were the ""low-rent"" stereotypes ever so true! When I moved into my apt., Newcastle & Carmel Park management refused to replace carpet that was matted, bleach stained & cigarette burned; Refused to replace old, worn & dirty appliances with new, & even yelled at ME when I experienced a plumbing problem in the apt. A hole in my kitchen ceiling was never repaired as promised, and eventually leaked during a spring storm, saturating three shelves of food & flooding my kitchen floor. You should see the lousy repair work they finally did!
