I have been a regular at Dolce for awhile now, i always sit at the bar because it is the best service in town. I is always busy but the bartenders (who are the busiest and hardest working in town) are always attentive and remember my likes and dislikes. However, it seems that has ALL changed. I went in last saturday and was dissapointed to find both of the regular bartenders gone only to be replaced by a rude, uneducated bartender who not only knows NOTHING about the menu he also knows NOTHING about the wine list. He knew less about Italian wine than i do (and everything i know i learned from the previoulsy educated staff). It seems others must have already figured this out because the place was empty by normal standards. I guess the saying is true..all good things come to an end and if this guy is any indication my time at Dolce has come to an end too. sad.
Pros: you can have my seat at the bar!
