We brought our 2005 Nissan in for repair. They were very helpful and resolved the problem quickly. However the same problem happened again two weeks later ? their repair work needed a ?redo?. When they were contacted to do the rework or to give us a refund they did not do either. Since we were ?out of towners? they said ?it was no longer their problem?. I would encourage you to take your repair work somewhere else. Also, it does call into question the organizations level of integrity. So, you may even want to rethink any business with them. I assume when things go their way, no problem, when they are faced with a loss, you lose.
