The work is done by Mr. Franchise, Kevin Murphy, a San Francisco franchise attorney and franchise expert. He really knows his stuff and pointed out a number of pitfalls I'd entirely overlooked. The fee was entirely reasonable and saved me from making the biggest mistake of my life.
