We waited six weeks for an appointment for my three year old son, he was scratching the skin off his legs. We had taken him to the ER but there was nothing they could do for him. We called the doctor back and they held us to his appointment, they would not see us any earlier. When our appointment finally arrived we were told they no longer accepted that insurance and threw it back across the counter to me. My son can hardly walk due to the pain, they offered NO alternatives, no help, not even sympathy or apologies. When I asked to speak to someone in charge we were told she would not be back for a week and we could call then. I have never ever been treated so bad anywhere, and my son still has problems that we are trying hard to address, with no help or compassion from this place. Please read this and make sure thet accept your insurance before it cost you time and your dignity.
