Very Poor Customer Service 8/22/2009

We called the store to find out if a hard-to-find item was in stock. After being told that it was, we drove for one hour to Tacoma only to be told that the item was not available. When we requested the employee to check with other stores in Tacoma to see if they might have the part, he was unable to help us. We will not be returning to this store again. High prices might be tolerated if offset by excellent service. This was clearly the opposite. Pros: Wide selection of electronic equipment Cons: High prices and very poor customer service more
