This lady was uninformed as to how credit cards work and spent one whole weekend demanding money She paid for a birthday party, told us how happy she was with the facility, and then tried to get her money back . We did not charge extra, overcharge, or deduct extra from her account. I did try to call and explain the system to her, but I will not talk to anyone who cusses me.It's too bad that people take time to say ugly things, but not nice ones. Our record stands for itself.
