I will not go into detail as my previous review was taken down. Put it simply Dr. Kim did such a poor job with my tooth that a visit for a filling had turned into a root canal (I?m lucky that I did not loose my tooth). Few years later his root canal had to be redone by a root canal specialist because it became infected as it was not filled in properly the first time. It took 7 more visits to fix his 3 hour torturous root canal session. It ended up costing me over $2,000 (with insurance!) to fix his mistake even after he refunded me my $300. Unfortunately, personally I know this has happened to one other individual. By coincidence the same day I went to get my money back my neighbor was in terrible pain after she came back from visiting him and also had to go see a specialist. I will never be cheap and undereducated when it comes to choosing a dentist ever again. If you are looking for a wonderful dentist - my dentist of the last 4 years, Dr. Pamela Solhaug on Eastlake does a spectacular job. She will listen to you, work with you, and will not do unnecessary procedures.

Cons: filthy clinic, helpless office staff, terrible dentist
