I have used Matt Turner as my go to mechanic for at least 15 years. I live in Bedford now so it is a long drive to Matt's place. I have used Bedford mechanics three times in 15 years and Matt ended cleaning up after them on two occasions. I just got back from a local Bedford shop where I had gone for a simple thermostat on a Chrysler Sebring. The owner wanted $75 to put my car on a diagnostic machine and then estimated an additional $85 for the repair. The mechanic did not even know where the thermostat was on my car. Auto Zone had run the code for free. I am going back to Matt Turner automotive where I get personal service from Laura and Matt, great diagnostics that don't require $75 for a machine, quality workmanship, fair prices, fast service and even a ride to work when I worked in Dallas.
Pros: very knowledgeable, great diagnostician, fair pricing
Cons: does not work on Volvo and is 20 miles from home
