I've had 6 parties at Synai Garden in the last 5 years and can not say one single bad thing. In regards to payments, I PERSONALLY have paid with credit cards and checks, the only time it is not accepted is at the FINAL payment. For OBVIOUS reasons. As far as food goes, we've had everything from yellow rice and chicken to steak and potatoes. Not once have we, or any member of my group ever had a complain about the quality or quantity. The servers and service has always been 100% outstanding. In fact, whenever a issue had come up, the Owner was notified and addressed the problem with speed and efficiency. The Open Bar and the bartenders have always been very attentative. In fact, PI?a Coladas and Rum and Cokes are always the most requested at our family gatherings and the only beverage we always ask to make sure they have plenty of. They might not be the strongest, but in the end, we all have to drive home. As far as the party favors and decorations, we've never had a complaint. In fact, the flower lady had us come to her house and personalize every detail. We have no complaints about this Hall and felt obligated to post a comment on how well we were treated and will recomend this to ANYONE, Family or friend.
