After moving to Milwaukee from the UK I found that my Creative 7.1 Computer Surround Sound system was not functioning properly. I took my Creative 7.1 system to Sound Stage and after analysis they said that the system itself was perfectly fine but that the problem was due to the voltage. They suggested that they could try to find a solution and would inform me of how much it would cost before proceeding. After not hearing anything from them for over two weeks, I telephoned only to be told that they had solved the problem and it would cost me US$ 110.00! When I collected my Creative system from Sound Stage I found that they had cannibalised / cut to pieces my existing Creative equipment!!! I could simply have purchased a converter / transformer for far less cost than they charged me to vandalise my existing equipment!!! In addition, I could have purchased a brand new sound system of almost as good a quality as my existing system for almost the same price as they charged me!!! I am absolutely furious with Sound Stage and would never give them any more business. Nor would I ever recommend them to anyone!!! What a rip-off!!!!!
