I've recently been on vacation, and acquired some damage to my car while avoiding a deer. Took to Ron Ellis based personal friends and internet creditabilty, its now been 2 days and some change; still no idea on the damage and repairs needed to get me back to work this friday! Also left detailed instructions on what I wanted checked, thus far I got a call yesterday conserning my suspenison, which is great but was not mentioned on what simply asked!I just wanted the service light checked which is the emissions system, and the left transaxle which is leaking fluid. So while the car was jacked up, he should of followed the instructions left.! So now I'm two days away from going back to work, and their on lunch and now I'm back at the end of the line waiting to the damage that should of been gathered before the call yesterday,, so based on the conclusion of this will determine how I rate this place....! But I'm still carless, and not enjoying the nail biting feeling I'm havin waiting for the report,,,oh well....so sometimes don't believe the hype!
