In regaurds to the remark about the owner blocking someone in the parking lot...If you saw the sign(s) that are clearly posted on either side of the PRIVATE drive, why did you proceed to pull in and turn around? Were you to busy talking on your cell phone to not read? What would you have done if the sign would have said "Tire Damaging Equipment In Place, Do Not Turn Around"? I have been a customer of this company for nearly 10 years and have never had a problem with the owner or any of it's staff.
