My family used Boldts when their water pipe was leaking in the basement. Boldts did show up in a timely matter but only to make the pipe leak worse and then leave. After calling them multiple times they again showed up and never did fix the problem. If you look at their history you can see one of the many lies they tell. Jule the owner tells us all how it is owned by 3rd generation, but then later tells us how she is the proud owner along with her husband and that her father started the buisness. Isnt that 2 generations????
