My wife wanted to get a cut before a vacation and a wedding we were invited to. She went to London Hair in Mount Pleasant SC and got completely butchered by the owner of the salon. And the owner was not even the one doing my wife's hair!!!! She (the owner) just intervened with the stylist who was cutting hair and started cutting inches and inches off, saying:" I know what I'm doing, believe me." My wife cried for two days after, she could not believe that someone, supposedly professional, would blatantly disregard her wishes and instructions. After I spoke to the owner, all she could say that it was a misunderstanding and it was not her fault.
