“Outstanding”….doesn’t begin to cover it!

I run an extremely successful in-home childcare business in Carmel. My current waiting list of clients, is full….and running out through the end of June 2010. I expect a high level of clean and sanitization for my kids, and parents. I have been taking care of my house cleaning as well as my clients for over the last ten years now…never having time for family or myself at the end of the week. It has been twelve hour work days five days a week, and grocery shopping and cleaning my house from top to bottom on the weekend….every weekend for the last decade. I never really trusted anyone to take care of my house to the level I expected. After reading the reviews on “Home Cleaning Centers of America” 5172 East 65th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46220….I called them. Ken Leffel came out and walked through with me, while I was working one day and saw what I needed in order to run a healthy childcare environment for my clients. I talked to him about safe cleaning chemicals that I use around my home, for my kids….and all of the regular sanitization that I do on a weekly basis. He assured me that his company could handle the cleaning of my home business, and surpass my expectations. I'm not going to divulge how much I agreed to pay for our services, because I feel that is a private matter, but I was ASTOUNDED to learn how economical their pricing is. We invited them to our home to work after our business hours…which they accommodated. Our first appointment we met with one of their managers that came in and cleaned our home in the span of about three and a half hours. I was extremely nervous about leaving my home in the hands of anyone, but I have to say….they AMAZED me when I returned home. I’m not going to tell you the name of the professional that cleaned our home, because I want to keep her for myself!!! She called us to let us know she was finished, and asked us if we wanted to do a one-time walk through with her. Spotless…top to bottom!!! I could smell the CLEAN when I pulled into my garage!!! She did everything they promised they would, and went far above and well beyond what I was expecting. She applied a caring and personal touch to everything she did in our home, and she made me feel wonderful and pampered. I can’t say enough good things about this company, and so far…I have been blown away with their level of service. I am looking forward to having
“Home Cleaning Centers of America”, and my secret JEWEL of a cleaning manager in my home every week…from here on out!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you….for the fabulous job you have done in my home!
