I went to this store to get a ring engraved. I was trying to support the local business of my area. When they called to have me pick it up, they told me they changed my quote! I never got a call or warning they would do that, and when I asked why, they said the owner told them to. When I asked to speak with him, they said he was out, and he would call me back. Two days later I called and threatened to get a lawyer if I didn’t get a call. My fiancé went in to speak to him, and said he was confrontational, not apologetic, felt he didn’t do anything wrong, and offered no compensation for their mistake. We went into Colorado Springs to get it done. $15 instead of the $56 they were charging at the Jeweler! Don’t go here. This man does not deserve your business!!!
