So I went in with a broken tooth...they insisted on the cleaning...the deep cleaning and ANOTHER cleaning. Then, when I tried to go back to get the tooth fixed I had already met the yearly benefits limit and now I'm stuck with a broken tooth and have to pay the full contracted rates. ARGHH! It doesn't seem like they care that you're hurting.
Pros: Ummm...I'm thinking
