This place is expensive, so you'd expect to get what you pay for......but.....Parking is awful, with many unregistered cars parked everywhere. The elevator in my building smells like trash, because it is running parallel to the garbage chute. Management does not address any issues. Neighbors are low class and throw a pool party each week, where their idiot friends trash the property and take over the pool. Can't wait til lease is over.
Pros: Good location, looks nice, few insects
Cons: Low class neighbors, poor parking, awful smell
