Very crowded at times. Long lines, long waits, layovers, delays, tight security, and you must silence your cell phones on planes, sounds stupid. I kinda like the Jet Blue Airlines. I was served first class. Great liqour and everything. Shopping is large here. Crowds and lines can be a ruccus like Jurrassic Park. I hated when I had to take my shoes off, when they let me through the security system along with my luggage.
