The owner ""Keith"" hung up on me when I pointed out that the 15 year anniversary flowers my husband had sent to my work ad spent 100.00 dollars on were delivered to my office with wilted orchids and ginger that had was clearly almost done. Birds of paradise were fine but the arrangement looked tired and for sure would look bad the next day. I really just wanted them fixed up so I could take them home and my husband wouldn't be upset about the freshness of the arrangement. But Keith was sooo incredibly RUDE without provocation, that there was NO WAY we were spending money there. After reading other reviews, this seems to be a trend for him. We'll find someone else. Don't ruin a anniversary with a obnoxious florist, go elsewhere.
