While the guys there were nice, and the examples of the songs that they showed us there sounded pretty good...We were one of the 1st, if the very first, metal band that they recorded. While it's imperative to have an in-your-face sound for that kind of genre, the drums, guitar, and even bass sound muffled and toned-down. The vocals sounded good, but they made the mixes of our songs very un-heavy sounding..Even when compared to other professional songs, our songs were noticably more quiet. Their recordings of other bands sounded good, but don't record here if you're into metal or even rock.
