purchased $1000.00 mattress oct 2008. 'memory foam' really sponge, sink in so far cant get out without rolling over. complained and they took the mattress for 10+ days & said no problem. now sleeping on floor due to terrible back pain and bed sores. best stores in the valley? gotta be really sick to believe that!
