Granite Bakery was the only bakery in SLC that would take my special order for a Chocolate Rum cake with raspberry filling and marzipan shell. I called more than 6 other bakeries and either they didn't call back or said they couldn't do it. Not Granite! They not only said they could do it, they offered to have it ready by 7am the next day, less than 24 hours after I placed the order!!! The cake has been receiving rave reviews all day and is the talk of the office. It also was the perfect treat for our boss who turned 71 years old today. This birthday cake made his day!!! Thanks Granite!! I will certainly share my story with others, you really came through.
