I travel a lot for work and many times rely on the recommendations of whatever hotel I am staying at for good local food. The Marriott sent me to Kotobuki and, I must say, it was some of the best sushi I have ever had!
They don't really have menus, but rather just tell the chef what you like and don't like and he will create multiple amazing dishes with the freshest ingredients of the day!
Highly recommended!
