My experience at NAMC: I had a biopsy done at the day surgery and I had a good experience with the doctors and medical staff. Then a complication came up because of my hypertension. So I was sent to the ER because of hypertension. I was checked out by the nice medical staff. I thought that the doctors and nurses were doing a good job but then I was left alone and nobody was checking up on me. They forgot that I was there. I kept waiting for several hours. I think that they have a shift change problem. Their ER personnel changes shifts and the patient is forgotten. I wrote an e-mail to NAMC to let them know about it and they have never contacted me with a reply. They are charging me a lot of money for the ER bills and my insurance doesn't cover it. They should have the common decency to reply to me since I am being charged so much money.
Pros: Good doctors and competent medical professionals
Cons: Patients can be forgotten that they exist
