After going here for several treatments for hyperpigmentation (which were successful), I showed up for another appt. The technician did a ""test spot"" which she had never done before. This raised a red flag, but I let it slide. After the treatment was done, I was horribly bruised, including the spot where she did the ""test spot."" I thought, if the test spot bruised, why didn't she stop? To this day, I think they administered the wrong treatment. The bruises lasted for weeks. I just get the feeling that they're under pressure to do as many treatments as possible and don't pay attention to what they're doing.
