If you call them a few times they will usually make a record of one of them. If you make a few appointments with them they might even show up. If they don't show it means they have no record of your phone calls or emails, even if they responded to the email. I took off work for a problem with my air conditioner and got a call they needed to move the appointment mid day, got them to show up next time, they said AC needed a new fan blade and I'd have to take off again so they could order it. They actually did show up for the the appointment but without a ladder or the fan blade, wanted to know if I could move the appointment again. Eventually I bought a ladder and a fan blade at my expense but they installed it for the $45 service fee that I was charged even for the time they showed up with no ladder/part. Have been trying to cancel for awhile and am now getting calls about renewing. All cancellation attempts lost, each time someone calls to get me to renew they insist I've never mentioning a problem before. Pros: low price Cons: low quality more
