I have been training at Empower for 3 months and have experienced great results even after a short time. The trainers tailor workouts to client's specific goals and deliver quality personal attention. The studio has an intimate feel where everyone knows each other. This gives the place a very comfortable feel. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!
