I came to the salon and now i deeply regret going. The haircut ended up looking horrendous, it is uneven, the ends are too straight, and i have scheduled a new appointment elsewhere to get it fixed. i asked for my money back ($40) but they refused to give it to me, and they offered to ""fix"" it, but that would end up even worse. it was a COMPLETE waste of money, and i am totally unhappy with what happened.
Cons: bad haircut, could not get money back
