My worst retail experience ever. We ordered 5 appliances after being assured we would receive prompt service if ever there was a problem. Turns out they only service our area once a week and you have to wait at home all day because they won't specify a time. In one month we have had to replace the refrigerator door and two motors. They take no responsibility for instillation. The manager promised to return my call, and a week later he still had not. If you are looking for any level of service, this is the last place you should go.
