Had my putter stolen while in the proshop. Staff was not concerned at all. It was amazing. Complained to Corporate, said they would get me a replacement at their cost- still waiting on that call!!. The situation details are to numerous to go into here but bottome line is I used to play it 4-6 times a month. Have not been back since. Not replacing that putter was a very bad business decision- I saw to that.
