I'm sorry to say that Chris, the owner, treats her staff like talentless, sweat shop workers. Paid by the hour she actually discourages her staff from building clientele. I found her to be extremely cold with an unfavorable business ethic. Certainly one not worthy of Fresno. The cuts are about the same quality as Super Cuts across the street...save your money and go there instead. After the way I was treated by her (especially in a bad business climate) I would recommend you go elsewhere with your money.
